Mexi-Cation

I’m in the midst of planning a quickie vacation to Mexico. Cabo San Lucas, specifically.  It’s surprising that I don’t take advantage of the fact that I live so close, but I’ve finally decided to make the 2 hour trek to lovely Cabo. This got me thinking that I really need a cute bikini, or ten, since I’m sadly lacking in the swimwear department. And, I realized, I need to step up my cover up game, too. After surfing the web for what seemed like an entire Sunday for women’s swimsuits, I came across a few on SwimSuitsDirect.com that will have me stylin’ in Cabo.

Vintage Love Bustier Bikini By Lucky Brand

Does this bikini not scream partido (party to those not fluent in Spanish)? I love the detail in the bustier top and the vibrant colors will look perfect against a Mexican sunset.

Tanzania Solid Push Up Bikini by Becca

I’m partial to blue and gold, so this bikini is a killer combo for me.

The Aztec inspired detailing on this suit is so lovely.

Tanzania Tunic Cover Up by Becca

I’ll need a cover up that will work with both suits and I think this one will do just fine. I’m loving the Ikat print and angled front (and back) hem.  And, hello? Can the neckline be any sexier?

I can totally envision myself laying on the beach, margarita in one hand, a good book or, more realistically, some guacamole in the other, in this gorgeous cover up soaking up life. Can’t wait for my tip – Viva la Mexico!

xx Allie
