After a long week I decided to get a massage at MOONSHINE Spa on Friday, a new underground speakeasy spa in Le Parker Meridien. As I entered the spa I was offered a shot of moonshine and was directed to sit in the candlelit lounge, where I was able to choose a playlist to listen to during my massage – I choose Beethoven to unwind to.

Then I was off to my treatment room, which are all named after Prohibition-era cocktails, like the sidecar. My treatment was tailor-made and used Tata Harper skincare, one of my favorite natural lines. Check out the menu here.
